Darley Dale Town Council’s fourth Big Green Energy Event will take place on Saturday 7 February to promote awareness of new energy options available for people in Derbyshire.
Whether you’re a homeowner, manage a school, run a business, or own a farm, this event is designed to help you explore energy saving solutions.
A wide range of companies will be attending, all ready to share their expertise and answer your questions.
There will be talks and exhibition stands, giving you the chance to speak directly with industry specialists; learn what to look for (and avoid) and get answers to the most common questions.
Hear about inspiring projects already progressing in Derbyshire, including:
- Twiggs Building Supplies, Matlock – 165 solar panels generating 46,000kWh annually
- Farm buildings – solar installations progressing across Derbyshire and beyond
- Lady Manners School – 453 solar panels generating 126,500kWh per year
- Baslow Hydro Scheme – a developing project with the potential to power 60 homes, generating around 200,000kWh annually
