Welcome to Baslow
Welcome to the official site of Baslow & Bubnell Parish Council, which includes details of all parish council business, but it is also a resource for everyone who lives, works or visits our village.
For those of us who live here we know that Baslow is a pictureseque, thriving village on the edge of the glorious Chatsworth Estate and within the Peak District National Park. If you’re coming here for a holiday or short break you won’t be disappointed with what is available, whether you’re looking for Michelin-starred restaurants, independent retailers or simply to escape the stresses of everyday life, there is something for everyone.
We have tried to cover everything that residents and visitors need to know, including details of forthcoming events, information on all the local businesses, clubs and societies, as well as information about the Parish Councillors and the work they are involved with.
We hope that you find the site informative, but if you feel that anything is missing please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
