Baslow History Group would like to announce the following events for November and December, taking place in the Baslow Village Hall:

Derbyshire Centerarians – 7.30pm on Tuesday 14 November
A talk by Tim Knebel, Project Office, Peak In The Past

What do we know about packhorse transport in Britain? – 7.30pm on Tuesday 12 December
A talk by Alastair Clark, an educationalist with a particular interest in local history.

The group has also published a new booklet on Baslow Hydro, just £2.50 from the Baslow Spar & Post Office.
