October Bookings Open

Hello there

I hope you and yours are well and enjoying getting back into school routines without too much disruption!

Just to let you know that bookings for our October Camp are open. Due to an increased reliance on indoors space, we have to limit numbers more so than during the summer.

I am really pleased to say we have rolled over the few remaining spaces for Free School Meals eligible children from our summer camp.

Book early to avoid disappointment – especially for our sell-out Halloween Special!

Please also note the following important information:

No Financial Risk   Full refund (minus booking fee) or 100% credit transfer to future camp bookings if we have to cancel the camp or if anyone has to cancel their attendance due to COVID-19 implications. Click here for our full T&Cs

Extra-time (16:00 – 18:00)   This option is still available, but will need to be booked via a separate table on the website (Scroll down to the ‘Extra Time’ section below ‘Online Booking’). Standard hours remain as ever 8:30-9:30 drop off and 15:00 to 16:00 collection

Sign-in and collection   Instructions are given in a more detailed form you are prompted to complete at check-out. The camp manager will do the signing in and out electronically.

Greater Flexibility   As well as now offering half days again, we will also allow greater flexibility in children switching between bubbles.

Discounts   Use the code SIBLING to receive 10% off bookings for, erm, siblings! You automatically receive 15% off your booking for 5+ days (but this can’t be used in conjunction with the sibling discount). I’m afraid we can no longer offer a discount for Tweens due to number restrictions. Friend referrals voucher codes will still work as will the TSF £5 off code for all our lovely TrY-Sports and Fitness customers. The system only allows you to enter one discount so we’ll refund you at the end of the camp if you are due more money off.

There are numerous other procedures we are putting in place to ensure maximum safety – and enjoyment!.
