Yellow weather warning

The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning for rain in our area, with 10-20mm forecast across the East Midlands over 23-24 October.

Up to 50mm could fall in some parts of the region. While the chances of a repeat of last weekend’s impacts are rated as relatively low level, the message from partner agencies, including the emergency services, is stay prepared and vigilant.
