Welcome to Baslow’s official website, where you can find out what’s going on and catch-up with all the latest news, as well as finding the details of local businesses and attractions, and what to do.

The website was set up and is managed by the Baslow & Bubnell Parish Council, so you can also contact your local councillor and find out about their work.

For those of us who live here we know that Baslow is a thriving village on the edge of the glorious Chatsworth Estate and within the Peak District National Park. If you’re coming here for a holiday or short break you won’t be disappointed at what is available, whether you’re looking for Michelin-starred restaurants, independent retailers or simply to escape the stresses of everyday life, there is something for everyone.

We have tried to cover everything that residents and visitors need to know, including details of forthcoming events, information on all the local businesses, clubs and societies, as well as information about the Parish Councillors and the work they are involved with.
