Becky Lyne, Britain’s former female Athlete of the Year, runs a series of fitness sessions for all the family as well as children’s sports and activity camps.

“As we start to emerge from the winter months, spring is a great time to get fit and to keep your body in great shape for the warmer months ahead. Regular exercise also helps boost your body’s natural defences that keep you fit and well all year round.”

TRY-SPORTS
A range of fun sports offerings for all ages using the fantastic facilities at the Baslow Sports Field:
Monday 7:30-8:30pm Ladies Football: adults and teens
Tuesday 4-5pm Netball or Football: 5-8yrs
Tuesday 5-6pm Netball or Football: 8-11yrs
Tuesday 6-7pm Back to Netball: adults and teens
Tuesday 6-7pm Interval running group: adults and ages 6yrs+
Wednesday 6pm Community Rounders: all ages (British Summer Time only)
Thursday Hockey or Footbal:l 5-11yrs
First Friday of the month: Teen Club 7-9pm – social sports for 11-16yrs

Sporting birthday parties available upon request

RUNNING SESSIONS
Friendly, mixed ability interval running sessions to help push you that bit harder than you would do alone! Technique drills and advice come as standard.

Tuesday 6-7pm: Baslow Sports Field
Thursday 6-7pm: HIIT and Run at Longshaw Estate
Saturday 10:45-11:45am: Chatsworth Park
Saturday 9:30-10:30am: Wild Athletics (Running, jumping & Throwing fun!), Chatsworth Park.

Private technique consultations and bespoke training programmes also available.

FITNESS CLASSES
Fun and challenging conditioning sessions for all abilities at Baslow Village Hall:
Wednesday 6-7pm Rebootcamp, Fitness Pilates, Conditioning and Body Maintenance

CHILDREN’S HOLIDAY CAMPS
Sports, crafts, healthy baking and adventure camps at Baslow Sportsfield during Derbyshire school holidays. Suitable for 4-11 year olds, days run 8:30-4pm, with extra time until 6pm and half days also available.

WELLNESS DAYS, SEMINARS AND TRAINING CAMPS
Learn how to lead a healthier life and feel inspired to do so! See how your performance improves as a result… Suitable for schools, corporate wellness/team building days and athletes.
