The Pottery Studio is located behind Ivy House, a 17th century farmhouse in Nether End, Baslow. It is a working pottery where the emphasis is on functional design that is pleasing to the eye and to the hand.
The gallery, with its traditional oak timbered and Derbyshire stone, occupies the ground floor of Ivy House itself and provides a distinctive showcase for Ray Gridley’s pots, as well as for the work of other local artists.
Original oil and watercolour paintings, jewellery, ceramics, turned wood, prints and hand made cards are displayed both to view and to buy.
