Baslow Village Hall

Baslow Village Hall, which is conveniently located overlooking the village green in Baslow, comprises a large main hall, with illuminated performance stage, a large kitchen and a smaller comittee or meeting room. The village hall is suitable for a wide range of events and occasions.

It is available for private and commercial hire, and is used on a regular basis by local societies, for group meetings; exercise classes, family parties, exhibitions and fairs; coffee mornings and jumble sales; plays, talks and concerts.

Facilities include free wireless internet, a public address (PA) system, projector screen, a trolley and a flip chart stand.

The separate large fitted kitchen includes an oven, fridge, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery, and a hostess trolley. There is a serving hatch between the kitchen and the main hall from which refreshments can be served.

The capacity of the village hall is 125 seated (theatre style) or 80 seated at tables

Outside, there are dedicated car parking spaces for village hall users, with a large pay-and-display car park adjacent. To the rear of the hall there is a small walled garden.
