DDDC Resident Survey

Derbyshire Dales District Council is developing a new Corporate Plan for April 2024 to March 2028. As part of that process, they have commissioned Marketing Means, an independent research agency, to undertake a survey of residents’ satisfaction and views on services provided by the council, which will provide evidence to support the development of Council priorities.

Information collected in this survey will be processed by Marketing Means and will only be viewed at an anonymous level by members or employees of the Council whose roles include customer satisfaction and performance monitoring. We will not receive any data that would allow you to be identified unless you have given your consent for this in the questionnaire. You have the right to view, edit, or have your data removed.

Data/Information gathered from the surveys will be used to monitor and plan services.
